What To Do When The Law Of Attraction Doesn't Work For Healing
OK so you've done your affirmations and your visualizations, prayed, gotten a good night's sleep, drank all your fluids, and you're still sick. What gives?
There are any number of reasons this could be happening. One that happens to me frequently is that I overschedule myself with activities that weren't necessarily aligned with the direction of the Divine, and in the pandemic and post-pandemic world, catching a virus will get me out of those activities whether I want to be out of them or not!
But that may or may not be your situation. So I'm going to break down the process of how to get your answers so that you can get your healing.
I'm not going to get into the physical process of healing, because that is where medical professionals of all kinds come in. Instead I will focus on the spiritual process, and from the spiritual process you will be led to all the information you need for the physical process.
Are You Right With God?
If you're not, then don't pass go, don't collect $200, just stop right there and get right with God.
It might be that your inner self already knows exactly what you need to do to get right with God. You might have to forgive someone from your past, or you might have to make amends for something you did.
But if you have no idea what it even means to get right with God, let me see if I can explain it in words that make logical sense.
To get right with God is to understand that God is already on your side, and then to willingly and consciously align yourself with the God who is already on your side.
The video below can help with that process, if you're unsure. But you don't have to dogmatically follow it. You might find that the Divine is already whispering in your ear the words you need to hear.
Do You Know How To Hear From God?
Now it's absolutely possible to receive Divine healing before you are right with God and before you've known anything about how to hear from God. But we're talking about what to do if you prayed for healing and didn't receive it, so stay with me here.
What you want to do, once you've put yourself right with God, is to ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit to come upon you.
This is not a scary, made-up, or mystical thing; it is a real thing and you need it. Having the baptism of the Holy Spirit enables you to communicate directly with the Divine and learn to hear God's voice inside of you (the Holy Spirit is already inside of you if you have acknowledged that God is on your side and aligned your life with God's will).
To get it, just ask for it. Then watch what happens, because it will come upon you.
When it happens, you might find yourself speaking a strange language you've never heard before, or having vivid dreams, or receiving direct spiritual messages like you've never received before.
This is where you want to be for every process of manifestation.
Troubleshooting
When you have the baptism of the Holy Spirit, you would be able to ask questions of God and receive direct answers, usually quickly.
If you don't get an answer, keep pressing in until you do get one. I find that it's helpful to distract the conscious mind, by either speaking or singing in tongues, or drawing on a piece of paper, or moving your body. Whichever method you choose, just keep doing it and don't stop until you receive something. This process never fails, though if it takes too long, you might fall asleep doing it. If you do, then write down the dreams you had because they will often contain the exact insights you need.
Here's a secret: I'm writing this page to troubleshoot my own healing manifestation. I caught a virus over the weekend and it knocked me OUT.
The first day, the universe didn't want me to go to the 2 events I'd planned. The second day, I was tired of it, and I asked people to pray for me. After receiving a couple lectures from the Divine about not having my intentions in the right place, I received a message saying that I can receive healing for this, but I'm going to have to walk it out by faith. Which, partially, meant NOT calling in sick from work today (if I'm well, I don't need to call in sick, right?) - but I REALLY wanted to call in sick.
Annoying, right? But I showed up to work, and now here I am writing this page. I will update once the manifestation comes through!
Walking In Spiritual Reality
Here's a secret about manifesting and walking in spiritual reality:
The Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
What this means is, you can get away with being bold and aggressive when you are walking in spiritual reality.
In fact, you NEED to.
If you think you're at the mercy of an unfriendly universe, your life experience will reflect that. But if you know that you are more than a conqueror and the all-powerful creator of the universe is on your side.... Well, that's a different game entirely.
If your manifestations aren't coming through, you might need to be aggressive and break through the forces that are coming against you.
The way you do that is to speak words that you know are true in spiritual reality, and that are in line with your desire.
The best place to find those words would be the Bible or the holy books of your own religion. I guarantee, if you look for them, you will find them.
Then, just speak them out loud in Jesus' name (in alignment with the power of the Divine that is on your side and lives in you). And angels will take care of the rest.
If It Still Doesn't Work
Ask someone else to pray for you! The Bible says to ask the elders of the church. If you are part of a church, that is who I would ask first.
Don't ask just anyone though. You want to ask someone who:
1) has the faith for healing, and
2) wants to see you healed.
If you ask someone who doesn't have the faith or doesn't want to see you healed, it won't hurt you, but you'll be limited to what your own faith can do, which is why you want to ask someone who does have the faith and experience.
